1 Introductions, apologies and substitutions
The Chair welcomed Members to the Committee. Apologies were received from Angela Burns, John Griffiths and Simon Thomas. Paul Davies substituted for Angela Burns.
Aled Roberts declared he was a School Governor.
2 Inquiry into Supply Teaching - Evidence session 1
The Committee heard evidence from Estyn.
3 Papers to note
The paper was noted.
3.1 Inquiry into Supply Teaching - summary of questionnaire responses
4 Motion under Standing Order 17.42(ix) to resolve to exclude the public from the meeting for the remainder of the meeting
The Motion was agreed.
5 Committee consideration of the Regulation and Inspection of Social Care (Wales) Bill
The Committee considered a letter from the Health and Social Care Committee. The Committee agreed to consider the written evidence received by the Health and Social Care Committee once the consultation closed. The Committee would formally respond to the Health and Social Care Committee once it had considered that evidence.
